No, you don’t need to set up an account if you wish to make purchases from our website. We have a “guest checkout” option for people who don’t wish to set up an account. However, setting up an account will bring you a series of benefits. Some of these benefits include

The first step of the delivery process entails dispatching of your order. The typical time taken to dispatch your order is within the first 24 hours. In certain cases, the dispatch time may take around 48 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, your order will find its way to your doorstep within 2-5 business days.

Once your order has been added to your cart, we will provide you with a detailed distribution of the extra charges that you have to pay. These extra charges include the cost incurred during shipping and the taxes and duties for the purchase of the product. These costs are to be incurred by the customer and will be included in the final cost of the product. You don’t have to pay any extra charges at the time of delivery.

Yes, you can change and revise your order once it has been placed. Although, you would have to do so within 24 hours of the placing of the order. Since, we dispatch our products within 24 hours, you would have to cancel your order within this allotted time. We do not offer any refunds at the moment .However you can exchange your product if it does not fit your size. Usually, the issue regarding the size does not arise since Organzae apparel focuses on loose clothing and fitting. Due to this a person who wears small size kurtas would not find any problems regarding the apparel if she opts to buy a medium size kurta. However to ensure that you buy an Organzae product that suits your size and build, make sure that you visit the size chart displayed on our platform.
