At Organzae, we are committed to ensure that you are provided with the highest level of service. We strive for the look of sheer happiness and joy when you receive your product and in order to ensure we raise such emotions, we spend countless hours enhancing the quality of a product. However, we do not offer returns under normal circumstances. If your product has been tampered with during the delivery process, our quality check department will closely examine your query and will closely look into the matter. However, in order to return a product you need to contact our customer service within 24 hours of the delivery. Any query regarding exchange and return after the allotted time will not be entertained.

When it comes to the exchange of your product, you can make this request within the 24 hours of the delivery. If you are not happy with the size and fitting of your apparel, we are more than content to provide you with another size of the same product. However, make sure that you place your request within 24 hours in order to avail the exchange policy.

If you wish to cancel your order, make sure that you do it before your order has been dispatched for delivery. Since, it typically takes around 24 hours for your order to be dispatched, you need to contact the customer service and cancel the order within this allotted time.
